From your first idea to a launched product
Product discovery, design and development for founders. A high-fidelity prototype in days, an MVP live in 2 to 6 weeks, and the releases that follow, with a fractional CTO when the technical seat is empty.
Product discovery
Before anything is built, we establish the goal, the users, the scope, and the reasoning behind every feature that was set aside. AI-assisted research brings the market, the competitors and the first personas into the first working session. The decisions are made with you, in writing.
Product Management
Product design
Research, an interactive prototype in days, then the interface and the design system in Figma, designed by the same team that builds it. Designers lead the work, and AI accelerates it.

The MVP in the stack it will grow in, live in 2 to 6 weeks, then the releases after it. AI coding tools every day, a second engineer on every change, and automated tests and CI before anything ships.

CTO as a Service
For startups with a product but no technical lead. A WeaveLines lead takes the CTO seat part-time, covering the stack, the architecture, the mentoring of your engineers, and the calls that determine whether the product can scale. The judgment of a technical leader, without the full-time hire.
- Stack and architecture
- The decisions that are expensive to change later, made early and explained.
- Mentoring
- Your engineers get a senior person to review their work and their plans with.
- Scale and cost
- What the product will need at ten times the users, and what it should not pay for yet.
“We hired WeaveLines to do a market analysis for us to be able to better understand the industry. They broke down my expectations clearly and have met them all.”
Frequently asked questions
Where do most founders start with you?
With a thirty-minute call and whatever exists, whether an idea, a deck, a prototype or a product that has stalled. From there most founders proceed directly to an MVP project, with the scope settled together, a high-fidelity prototype in days, and a first version live in 2 to 6 weeks. WeaveLines has launched 36 of them since 2017.
What if I only have an idea?
That is where most products start. Discovery turns the idea into a first version worth building and a list of what is not in it, and the prototype turns that into something you can show customers and investors within days. WeaveLines has coached 150+ startups through exactly this stage, across 12 mentorship programs.
What if I already have a prototype, or a team?
Then we start from there. A prototype receives a short review and becomes the plan for the first version. A team gains what it is missing, whether a product lead, a designer, engineers for a release, or a fractional CTO or CPO for the seat that stands empty. WeaveLines complements what you have rather than replacing it.
How much does it cost to start?
A first version is usually a fixed-price project, with an agreed scope, an agreed price and a launch date, so the figure is known before work starts. Product work after launch runs on a monthly retainer or on time and materials. WeaveLines provides a quotation after a short call, and will say plainly when a smaller scope would serve you better.
Do you work with accelerators?
Yes. WeaveLines runs workshops and one-on-one sessions for accelerator cohorts and has mentored in 12 programs. If you are in a program we work with, ask them about the benefits available. If you are not, the process is the same.
