Privacy policy.
This page says what this website collects, what reaches us when you write to us, and who else handles it along the way. It describes what the site actually does, not what a policy of this kind usually says.

Who we are.
WeaveLines LLC runs this website. We are a software company, founded in 2017, with offices at rue Slah Eddine Bouchoucha, 2026 Sidi Bou Said, and at 39 rue Ibn Khaldoun, 1002 Tunis, Tunisia. We decide what this site collects and what is done with it. Anything on this page can be asked about at hello@weavelines.com.
What the site collects by itself.
Nothing that identifies you. There is no account to make and no sign-in. One thing is remembered in your own browser: whether you chose the light or the dark theme, which is stored on your device, read only by this site, and never sent to us. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font service, so opening a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
What you send us through the form.
The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message, which it needs to reply, and offers four more it can do without: your company, your role, what you are building and the budget you have in mind. It also records which language the form was in. Nothing else on the page is read. The form has a fixed list of fields and anything else sent with it is discarded.
What happens to an enquiry.
Three things, in this order. It is checked to make sure a person sent it and not a script. It is then filed as a contact record so we can pick the conversation up where it was left. It then reaches us as an email, and an acknowledgement goes back to the address you gave, with a link to book a call if you would rather talk.
Booking a call.
The contact page shows a calendar inside a frame, served by Cal.com. Because the calendar is theirs, opening that page tells them you were there, and if you book a time the name, address and any note you type go to Cal.com rather than through this site. Every other page loads nothing from them.
Analytics and cookies.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and which are not. It sets its own cookies in your browser and reports your page views, the approximate location your address resolves to, and the kind of browser and device you are on. We look at it in totals and never to identify one reader. If you would rather not be counted, blocking cookies for this site or installing Google's own opt-out add-on stops it, and the site works exactly the same without it.
The companies that handle it.
We do the work ourselves and use other companies for the parts we do not run: a host, a spam check, a CRM, an email service, analytics and a booking calendar. Each is given the least it needs to do its job, and none of them is allowed to use it for anything else.

How long we keep it, and what we never do.
An enquiry stays in our inbox and in our contact records until you ask us to remove it. We do not delete on a timer, and we would rather say so than claim a schedule we do not keep. What we do not do is simpler: we do not sell what you send us, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. The acknowledgement after the form is the only message that is sent automatically.
Seeing or deleting what we hold.
Write to hello@weavelines.com from the address you wrote to us with, or tell us which address to look under. We will tell you what we have, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Deleting it means the contact record and the correspondence both go, and we will confirm when it is done.
Changes to this page.
When what we do changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no archive of earlier versions: the page as it stands is what we do now.
